We are saddened to receive the news that H.E. Yaşar Yakış, who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs between 19.11.2002 and 14.03.2003 passed away today.

We wish Allah’s mercy upon the late Minister, and extend our condolences to his grieving family and the community of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
