Republic Of Türkiye Ministry Of Foreign Affairs 20.09.2021

We condemn the attack that took place today (20th September) within the premises of the Perm State University which resulted in loss of lives of eight people and left many wounded.

We extend our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and the Russian people and wish the speedy recovery of the wounded.
