The official and only e-visa web page of the Republic of Turkey is www.evisa.gov.tr.

All the other pirate web pages, claiming to be the official visa application web page by copying/using the visuals from the real page are NOT valid, but only fakes. Therefore, in order to avoid any financial losses, applicants are kindly requested to disregard any of these web pages in their e-visa applications.
