Competent Turkish authorities have decided not to move 10 e-visa kiosks to Istanbul New Airport (IGA), which have been recently installed in Istanbul Ataturk Airport for foreigners to obtain their e-visas upon their arrival, who are eligible to enter Turkey with e-visa (Type A and B)

Foreigners who are eligible to obtain e-visa, type A and B, must get their visas/e-visas prior to their travel as they would not get the relevant e-visa upon their arrival at the border of Turkey, effective from October 29, 2018.

On the other hand, as the current implementation prevails, there will be no any change in sticker visa procedures for the citizens of the countries who can obtain sticker visas.

On this occasion, we would like to remind that foreigners who wish to travel to Turkey can obtain their e-visas only in three minutes on the website www.evisa.gov.tr.
